Our Mission

Communication Is Your Right! is a group of journalists, media reformers, community organizers, communication strategists and concerned citizens from around the world who engage with our community and media everyday. We advocate for access to open internet and stand for our human right to “to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”

Our objectives are to:

-Share new opportunities for you to get involved in advocating for freedom of expression locally and globally.

-Share resources that define the debates around internet freedom

-Increase visibility and awareness of the work of advocates around the world to have our internet rights respected as human rights.

-Create partnerships with human rights, independent journalists and international activists to expand opportunities for full freedom of expression.
